Can I preview the pet portrait before it's printed?
At GlowingDogPortrait we offer free previews and unlimited edits for all orders. You’ll usually receive a preview of your pet art within 1–2 days after ordering. From there, you can request changes or approve it for printing and shipping.
How many pets can i have in one portrait and what types of pets do you draw?
You can have a maximum of 3 pets per portrait. Although our primary focus are dogs. We love all pets and can draw any of them from fish to pups!
What if I don't like my pet portrait?
If you don't like your custom portrait, we will edit it as per your requests. We print until you tell us you're happy.
Is my Pet Photo okay to use?
We check all pet photos as we receive new orders. If there's an issue, we'll contact you via email to request more photos of your pet(s).
The best photos are taken in natural daylight (no flash) and at eye level with your pet.
